Chef Keal
Local executive chef Ben Keal from The Stables Bar, the Reveley and The Camfield asked me to photograph a Japanese inspired dish for the Ora King Salmon Awards 2017 entry, where this creation was a finalist: Hakushu whiskey cured Ora King salmon, malt rice miso, yuzu, Davidson plum and barley grist. Oji Masanori
In 2016 I partnered with local company Bauwerk Colour to create a range of 5 colours for the home. I was very fortunate to have support from all over the world in the way of product to style our concept studio house in Fremantle. My favourite Japanese designer Oji Masanori produced me a range of his stunning brass and timber Ihada Cutlery, for Futagami for the kitchen space. -
